PART 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Administrator – Limited Liability Company PAGES ALEGRE SL (hereinafter also referred to as we, Administrator, or the Company), which provides users with portable charging devices (powerbanks) for temporary paid use via a network of terminals under the ANYWATT brand.

User – A natural person who uses ANYWATT terminals to rent a portable charging device (powerbank), whether via a mobile application, web interface, or directly at the terminal.

Terminal – A physical ANYWATT device used for storing, dispensing, and receiving charging devices (powerbanks).

Powerbank – A portable battery charger for mobile phones and other gadgets, issued via an ANYWATT terminal.

This Policy defines the terms and purposes for processing data collected from Users.

The purpose of processing is:

  • to execute the powerbank rental agreement;
  • to comply with Spanish and EU laws and regulations;
  • to ensure the proper functioning of the platform and terminals;
  • to improve user experience;
  • to perform analytics and quality assurance of the service;
  • to communicate with the User, send notifications, confirmations, and payment receipts;
  • to send marketing communications with prior user consent.

By using ANYWATT services, the User agrees to this Policy. If the User disagrees, they must refrain from using the terminals and any platform functionality.

PART 2. CATEGORIES AND SOURCES OF DATA.

Categories of data we process:

  • terminal ID and rental timestamp;
  • technical device data (IP address, operating system, browser type);
  • geolocation (if permission is granted);
  • payment data (processed via Stripe);
  • service usage history (rental dates and durations);
  • email address and phone number (if provided);
  • user inquiries sent to customer support.

Data may be collected from:

  • direct interaction with the terminal;
  • web interface or mobile applications;
  • analytics platforms, payment gateways, and notification systems.

PART 3. DATA PROCESSING CONDITIONS

Data is processed using both automated and manual tools. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, modification, loss, or destruction.

Data may be disclosed only to:

  • the payment provider Stripe, for transaction processing;
  • cloud infrastructure, hosting, and technical support providers;
  • government authorities upon request, in accordance with applicable law.

Data retention periods:

  • up to 5 years after the last rental or user interaction;
  • marketing data will be retained until the user withdraws consent.

User rights:

  • request a copy of their personal data;
  • correct inaccuracies;
  • request deletion or restrict processing;
  • withdraw consent for marketing communications;
  • file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

PART 4. CHANGES AND FINAL PROVISIONS

The Administrator reserves the right to amend this Policy. The most recent version will always be available on the website. Continued use of the terminals after changes implies acceptance of the updated version.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain and the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
