for the temporary rental of portable batteries (powerbanks)
1. General Provisions
- This document constitutes a public offer by the company PAGES ALEGRE SL, CIF: B70887419, with registered address at Calle Pasque 2, 46500 Sagunto, Spain (hereinafter referred to as the Company, the Administrator, ANYWATT), addressed to any natural person (hereinafter the User), for concluding a contract for the rental of a portable powerbank under the terms stated herein.
- By using an ANYWATT terminal — including clicking the “Rent” button on the screen — the User fully accepts all terms of this public offer. Use of the service without such acceptance is not permitted. 2
2. Subject of the Agreement.
- The Company provides the User, for a fee, with a portable powerbank through the ANYWATT terminal network for temporary use. The User agrees to return the powerbank to any available terminal and to pay the rental fee according to the terms set out in this document and displayed on the terminal screen.
3. How to Use
- To rent a powerbank, the User must select the appropriate option on the terminal screen and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Registration or creation of a user account is not required. The User may rent a powerbank directly by paying via a bank card through the integrated payment module.
- All operations are performed via the touch interface of the ANYWATT terminal.
- The User agrees that: Powerbanks are provided in good working condition; The User is responsible for the proper care, integrity, and timely return of the device; In the event of loss or damage to the device, a fixed compensation fee of €50 will be automatically charged to the payment method used.
4. Rental Terms and Payment
- The rental price is displayed on the terminal screen and may vary depending on the location or partner venue.
- Payment is made exclusively by bank card via the Stripe payment provider. The Company does not store any card data.
- Powerbanks can be returned to any ANYWATT terminal. The rental ends at the moment of return.
- No penalties are applied for delays.
5. Responsibilities
- The User is responsible for the device from the moment of issuance until its return.
- In case of loss, damage, tampering, or attempted disassembly, the User agrees to a penalty of up to €50.
- The Company is not liable for: improper use of the device; late return; lack of available terminals nearby.
6. Personal Data Protection
- The User consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including data transfer to the payment provider Stripe and the collection of technical and analytical data.
7. Final Provisions
- The Company reserves the right to modify this offer unilaterally. The updated version will be published on the website anywatt.es and/or on terminal screens.
- Continued use of terminals after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.
- The applicable law shall be that of the Kingdom of Spain and the regulations of the European Union (including GDPR).
